The Journal encourages submission of articles of up to 20,000 words (main text and footnotes) in length. Submissions exceeding this length will be considered at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
Authors of articles to be considered for publication should submit one complete copy to the Editor-in-Chief (address below). Material should be sent as an e-mail attachment, the text of the submission as a Word file (.doc or .docx), tables and captions as separate files, and all examples, figures (continuous tone and line illustrations), etc., separately as PDFs or JPGs. Locations of all examples, tables, and figures should be indicated in the text. Text material should be presented double-spaced, with margins of at least one inch.
